Our holiday home

Located in Upper Vara, 55 km from Genoa, the Holiday Home “André” offers a balcony, a barbecue and free private parking on site. The self-catering accommodation has a seating area, kitchen, towels, bedding and terrace. It is 90 km from Portofino and Santa Margherita Ligure, and 50 km from Genoa-Cristoforo Colombo Airport, the nearest airport.

Details about our Rates

Holiday Home Apartment Prices: 50.00 euros for two people, each extra person pays 10.00 euros to 30.00 euros for final cleaning.

In the presence of animals 10.00 euros more for the final cleaning. All guests, including children, must be provided with their own passport or ID card.

Reservations must be cancelled at least 14 days before the arrival date.

Payments: The deposit must be given by wire transfer. The balance will be made in cash when you arrive.
